Over 20 years of experience in the Gelato making and selling field, a continual experimentation into creation of exclusive artisanal products, the development of advanced tools like GeRiGel, the experience as Mestro della Gelateria Italiana and professor at the Italian School of Gelato in Perugia.
Arnaldo Conforto’s experience allows him to help the Gelato maker, or the apprentice, to develop his knowledge until he reaches the complete autonomy.
